Shipping Policy

We are committed to processing and shipping every order accurately, securely, and as quickly as possible. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

By placing an order with Lush n Lavish Skincare, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping Policy.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and recognized holidays.

Expedited orders must be placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time to be eligible for same-day shipment. Expedited orders placed after 1:00 PM Eastern Time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing times may vary during promotional events, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Methods

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the destination, package weight, dimensions, and shipping service selected.

Delivery estimates provided during checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Lush n Lavish Skincare currently ships only within the United States.

Most orders are shipped via UPS.

Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are generally shipped via USPS to ensure reliable delivery.

The shipping carrier used for your order is determined by the delivery address, shipping destination, package size, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Backorders

While uncommon, certain products may occasionally become temporarily unavailable after your order has been placed.

If this occurs, we may ship the available items immediately and ship the remaining backordered item or items as soon as they become available.

If a backordered item cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment tracking information and making any necessary arrangements to receive their shipment.

Signature Required Deliveries

For the security of high-value orders, all orders totaling $100 or more require an adult signature upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive signature-required shipments during the carrier’s delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to sign, the carrier may make additional delivery attempts, hold the shipment for pickup, or otherwise process the shipment in accordance with its procedures.

Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable shipments are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Lush n Lavish Skincare is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or undeliverable shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Shipments

If your shipment appears to be delayed or missing, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

If the carrier confirms that the shipment was successfully delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout, any further investigation or claim will be subject to the carrier’s delivery records and claims procedures.

Customers are encouraged to check with household members, neighbors, apartment offices, mailrooms, or any individual who may have accepted the delivery before reporting a shipment as lost.

Carrier Delays

Once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier, delivery times are controlled by the carrier.

Lush n Lavish Skincare is not responsible for delays resulting from:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Transportation interruptions
  • Customs processing
  • Carrier operational delays
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Customer Shipping Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a complete and accurate shipping address
  • Monitoring shipment tracking information
  • Retrieving shipments from carrier facilities, access points, parcel lockers, or pickup locations within the carrier’s specified holding period
  • Being available to receive signature-required deliveries when applicable
