At Lumni, we are committed to providing high-quality professional skincare products and maintaining strict standards of product integrity and customer safety.
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our liquid formulations and products, all sales are final once shipped.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Partial use

Unwanted items

Opened or unopened products
Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot verify storage conditions, handling, or whether it has been altered. For this reason, returned products cannot be restocked.
This policy ensures that every Lumni product delivered to customers has not been previously handled or returned.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide:

Clear photos of the product and packaging

A brief description of the issue
After review, we will arrange a replacement or issue a credit to your account, where appropriate.
Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
Orders over $100 may require a signature upon delivery.
If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to failed delivery attempts, the order will be disposed of and a 30% handling and processing fee will be deducted. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Unauthorized Returns
Returns sent without prior written authorization will not be processed or returned.
IMPORTANT: No refunds or credits will be applied to items returned without a RMA number.
